Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be stoked with your Concrete & Iron gear. If something's not right, here's how we handle it:
Returns
- Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Exchanges
- We're happy to exchange for a different size or style where stock is available.
- Get in touch with us first before sending anything back.
How to Return
Email us at returns@concreteandiron.co.nz with your order number and reason for return. We'll sort you out from there.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
